libbfio-dev software package provides Header files and libraries for developing applications for libbfio, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbfio-dev
libbfio-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbfio-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbfio-dev *
You will get with libbfio-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
